At least an undergraduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
Those interested must complete the application form, which Takshashila’s Academic Committee will review.

Fees
Standard: The full programme fee is ₹12,000 + GST.
Early Bird: The programme fee is ₹10,000 + GST
Limited scholarships is available for Nominated serving officers of Indian Armed Forces and Central Armed Police Forces. The programme fee after the scholarship is ₹10,000 + GST.

His research interests include advanced remote sensing and geospatial policy.
Major General Dr. Siva Kumar Rachapudi (Retd)
Maj Gen Dr R Siva Kumar, an engineer, soldier, surveyor, and passionate scientist, dedicated 45 years to promoting geospatial technologies across government, academia, industry, and NGOs. He played a key role in establishing the National Spatial Data Infrastructure and advocating for relaxed geospatial data policies like National Map Policy 2005, Remote Sensing Data Policy 2011, National Data Sharing, Accessibility Policy – 2012 and National Geospatial Policy 2021.
Dr Vishnu Chandra
Dr. Vishnu Chandra is a Former Deputy Director General & HOG -NIC. He is a leading professional in the Geo-Spatial/ICT Technology & Services domain in India, and he has been associated with the National Informatics Centre, Government of India, for more than three decades. He led Geospatial enabled Digital Transformation Projects associated with rural development, land resources, environment & forest, telecommunication, roads, power & energy, and various social sectors. He was instrumental in setting up NIC’s GIS services. He is currently associated with the Ministry of Panchayati Raj for various geo-spatial initiatives such as Svamitva & Gram Panchayat Spatial Planning.

Cmde (Dr) Arun Golaya is a seasoned naval officer with over three decades of experience. Recognized for his contributions to naval innovation, Cmde Golaya played a pivotal role in establishing the Technology Development Acceleration Cell and spearheaded initiatives like SPRINT and Swavlamban. A distinguished analyst and writer, he has published extensively on maritime operations and innovation.
Wing Commander Satyam Kushwaha (Retd)
Wing Commander Satyam Kushwaha (Retd) is a seasoned military officer and entrepreneur with expertise in space, geospatial, and national security. He has served in various leadership roles, including founding the Indian Space Association and leading initiatives at the National Security Council Secretariat. With a strong background in military aviation and policy, he has contributed significantly to India's space sector and national development.
