Nitin Pai is co-founder and director of the Takshashila Institution, an independent centre for research and education in public policy. His current research includes the geopolitics of the Indo-Pacific; defence economics and the politics of radically networked societies.

Dr. M Govinda Rao is an economist and a member of the 14th Finance Commission. Dr. Rao has previously served as the Director of National Institute of Public Finance and Policy and as the Director of Institute for Social and Economic Change.

Amb Latha Reddy is the former Deputy National Security Adviser of India where she was responsible for cybersecurity and other critical internal and external security issues.

Anupam Manur is an Assistant Professor at the Takshashila Institution. He was previously working as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Management – Bangalore, after completing his Masters in International Business (Economics) from Lancaster University.

Mihir Mahajan is Chief of Staff at IP Spring LLC, a boutique US law firm that specializes in intellectual property matters. Mihir’s experience includes developing IP strategy, managing patent portfolios, patent transactions, and preparing and prosecuting patent applications.

Dr. Kajari Kamal is a PhD in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad. She holds a postgraduate in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Shambhavi Naik is a Research Fellow with Takshashila’s Technology and Policy programme. She is the chairperson of Takshashila’s Health & Life Sciences Policy.

Manoj Kewalramani is a Fellow-China Studies at The Takshashila Institution. His research focuses on Chinese politics, foreign policy and approaches to new technologies.

Ajay was founding Chief Executive Officer of India Brand Equity Foundation (www.ibef.org) (2002-2006). This was a unique Public Private Partnership initiative to Promote, Project & Position India’s growth story globally. Ajay teaches government and public advocacy at Takshashila.

Ameya Naik is an Associate Fellow (non-resident) with the geostrategy programme at the Takshashila Institution. His research covers Indian foreign policy, diplomacy, international organisations, and international law. He also co-teaches the Introduction to Public Policy Analysis course as part of the Policy School.

Sarthak is an Associate Fellow at The Takshashila Institution. He has completed the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Public Policy from The Takshashila Institution.

RADM Shrikhande retired in 2016 after 36 years in the Indian Navy. In flag rank he headed Naval Intelligence; was Chief of Staff/ SNC; served in HQIDS & Strategic Forces Command among others.

Madhavan co-founded PRS and is currently its President. Prior to starting PRS, Madhavan was based in Singapore covering currency and interest rate markets as Principal and Senior Strategist for the Asia region for Bank of America.

Surya Prakash B S a Chartered Accountant and law graduate, is Fellow and Programme Director at DAKSH, Bengaluru, a civil society organisation working on judicial reforms.

Ethan Mills is an Associate Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. His academic specialisation is in Indian philosophy, Buddhist philosophy, and ancient and modern skepticism (including skepticism in classical India). He is also interested in ancient Greek philosophy, Hellenistic philosophy, contemporary epistemology, philosophy of religion, early modern European philosophy, ethics, and Chinese philosophy. He is an Adjunct Professor at Takshashila Institution.
